"I wanted more than anything to break the routine of my family and not allow myself to get stuck in a 9 to 5 answering to someone else everyday.
I chose this field because of my own personal experience of my wedding turning out awful, and this also allows me to be a little creative."

Time to Bounce Inflatables
We began our business to provide affordable, healthy and active fun for families of all backgrounds. We found a need in our community to increase awareness of rising obesity rates. In the midst of our research, we discovered the lack of ACTIVE fun for our youth. The entertainment options were either scarce or beyond the financial reach for many families. We wanted to ease the stress of party planning and create a safe space for families to increase the fun without decreasing their funds. Thus, Time 2 Bounce Inflatables & Fun was born.

I was cooking a completely plant-based meal one day and realized that most of us were taught when we were growing up, that “vegetables are gross, but they are good for you and you HAVE to eat them”. We smothered them with animal meats and fats to enhance the taste not fully understanding that we were and still are completely depleting the point of eating it when we do that. The moment I saw that I could create those same flavors without animal products, I woke up. Then, I decided I HAVE to share it with the world. *Also, credit to Marley Johnson for discovering the woke junk food name. Add that if you feel I should lol

Because I enjoyed capturing beautiful moments for people to keep for forever! I also believe that everyone deserves to have special moments without paying an arm and a leg.

Baked
Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky my passion for cooking came at a very early age. Through family recipes and my elders, I have gained most of my cooking experience through my elders. My passion is expressed through my food and my writing. I also study theater and visual arts through Bluegrass’s Community Technical College and later pursued patient care. I jumped back into culinary art in 2019 with the launch of BakEd, in late October 2019 by introducing Lexington to Vegan baked goods that most people wouldn’t believe could be turned vegan. I continue to strive to set the bar for all vegan baked goods and to show our community that plant-based has a sweet side too.
