Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation no refund on services that require deposits will be given. We can put your project on hold for up to 90 days or you can regift it to another person for their use. Upon cancellation, all rights to the design revert back to Ariana Shelton of Inkedupari.com and all original art must not be used by the client, including sketches, comps or other preliminary materials. Refunds Due to the custom nature of our work, InkedupAri.com does not issue refunds for any reason. Please note our cancellation policy (above) for information about canceling or holding your project. Rush Projects If you are in a rush and need a project completed right away, we offer special “rush rates” where we can promise that your project would be moved to the front of the line and done within a 3-5 day time frame. You would be charged an additional 50% on the total. If the project is normally $100, with the rush fee, the project would total $150. Revisions Each additional revision session is $10, or a new concept is $30.  If you sign off on an image once we send you the finalized design and you see something that needs to be changed or fixed – you will be charged for a revision (this even includes typos that may have been a mistake on our part).  Be sure to proof read before giving the go to finalize the design. Unless pre-approved for net 15 or net 30 terms, payment is expected within 24 hours of receiving this invoice. After 24 hours if your payment has not been processed your invoice will be cancelled and a $10 resending fee will be applied to your invoice if you would like to continue.
