Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: No refunds for services requiring deposits. Projects can be put on hold for up to 30 days or transferred to another person. Upon cancellation, all design rights revert to Ariana Shelton of Inkedupari.com, and the client cannot use original art, including sketches and comps. Refunds are not issued due to the custom nature of our work; refer to the cancellation policy. Rush Projects: For immediate completion, we offer "rush rates" at an additional 30% of the total cost, completing the project in 3-5 days. Revisions: Each additional revision is $15; a new concept is $50. Any changes after finalization incur charges, including typos. Proofread before final approval. Payment: Unless pre-approved for net 15 or net 30 terms, payment is expected within 48 hours of invoice receipt. After 48 hours, unpaid invoices are canceled, with a $20 resending fee if continued.
